Yes! All your transactions are 100% contract-free, and you can cancel your subscription any time – you’re not tied into any contracts or binding terms and conditions.

If you choose to take out a Tealyst membership and receive a Tealyst Tea box each month, then you can simply log into your account and freely cancel or pause your membership at any time before the payment processing date (the 1st of each month). Should you wish to resume your membership you can do this simply in your account portal.

What is 3DSecure?

3DSecure provides VISA and MasterCard cardholders an extra layer of protection when purchasing online. This is simply a two-factor authentication process for card transactions as implemented by Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (SecureCode).

Please note that South African banks have made 3DSecure mandatory when purchasing online as a security feature. This protects you against unauthorised use of your card for online transactions.

Are you already registered for 3DSecure?

If you are already registered you will simply be prompted by a screen with your bank’s logo and you will then be requested to enter a One Time Pin (OTP). This is sent to your cell phone, or it can be a PIN/password you will have chosen beforehand.

Are you not registered for 3DSecure?

If you’re a first time ecommerce shopper or your bank card has not yet been registered for 3DSecure then you will be prompted by a screen that will assist you in registering. It’s quick and simple! You do not have to go to a bank or phone anyone, you can simply register online in a few minutes. Just follow the on-screen prompts.

A day without tea is a day without joy! We want to ensure you have enjoyment drinking our tea at any possible moment, so we work very hard to get your tea delivered to you as soon as possible.

Delivery takes between 3-5 days after payment has been made – but is usually delivered much sooner!

Monthly Tealyst Tea boxes are shipped by the 14th of each month.

Simply log into your account and click on “My subscriptions” where you can then choose if you want to cancel or pause your subscription.
