Chamomile Tea

This is a popular nighttime tea, thanks to its medicinal properties that help induce sleep and reduce stress.  Chamomile helps lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels, which in turn lowers the risk of hypertension and hyperglycemia for those who drink it habitually.
